This is a great accessory to have when you are out and about at your local zoo, amusement park or festival and are carrying around a souvenir mug/tankard. Free up your hands and secure that mug to your belt. It can also be used on a backpack/sling bag strap, purse or any other strap not more than 1 1/2" wide. RCLeathers mug strap measures 12" when unsnapped, 6" when closed. It will fit the handle of your most common souvenir mug sold.

Dungeon Werks and RCLeathers Products and materials:
RCLeathers uses only 100% real leather. As such, there is the possibility for flaws such as tool marks, manufacturers stamping and even some branding. Most leather is vegetable tanned. On occasion, leather from other tanning processes might be used. All hardware and threading is top quality for strength and longevity. Most of your commercially made leather products are machine stitched with cotton thread. Over time, this will separate and fall apart. RCLeathers products are all hand stitched using artificial sinew with double stitching at each end to ensure it will last years and not fall apart. Dye/stain colors are an approximation. Actual color will be determined by the leather and how it takes the color.

When ordering, please allow adequate time for production. I am a solo operation and most products are made to order.

Payments

Payment is due at time of checkout unless prior payment arrangements have been made. Any order can be canceled within 48 hours from the time the order was placed if it has a handling time of 5 or more days. Orders with a handling time of 4 days or less can be cancelled within 24 hours.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Digital downloads
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

All items shipped by Dungeon Werks/RCLeathers will have a tracking number. The following applies to both domestic and international orders. Pictures, if requested, must be submitted in order to facilitate any refunds or exchanges.

Shipping Address: It is the buyers responsibility to provide a valid shipping address at the time of checkout. Any order returned due to an undeliverable address will result in a restocking fee of 25% unless other arrangements are made for shipping. Cost to re-ship an item is the buyers responsibility.

Handling time: All handling times are approximations and could change based on current work load. Most of my products are made to order and I need adequate time to produce them. As such, if I have low number of orders, your order will ship sooner. But if I am busy, it could take longer.

Priority Shipping: Selecting USPS Priority does NOT shorten the handling time. It only reduces the delivery transit time.

Refunds: If you are not happy with the item you ordered and it is not considered a custom order, you may return it for a refund of the item within 14 days. You must contact me for return approval. Item must be returned in good condition with no damage. Once approved and the item received, a refund will be issued minus shipping and restocking fee (if applicable). Buyer pays shipping for return. Certain rules and restrictions apply regarding custom orders. Made to order is NOT the same as a custom order. If in doubt, contact me for clarification.

Leather Items: ALL leather items tooled and/or stained are considered to be custom orders and are not eligible for return or refund.

Restocking Fee: In the event an item is returned due to being undeliverable for any reason and no other shipping arrangements have been made, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Insurance: If you wish to insure your order from damage or loss during shipping or from theft upon delivery, it can be added to your order at a minimal cost. USPS Priority provides free insurance up to $50.00 (USD). In the case of an insured order meeting any of these conditions, contact me to start a claim. If you opt to not purchase insurance, then the following policies apply:

Lost packages: Dungeon Werks/RCLeathers is not responsible for packages lost during shipping. You will need to work with your local post office to track down your package. USPS does have the means to use GPS to locate where the package was delivered.

Stolen packages: Dungeon Werks/RCLeathers is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. Please contact your local post office and local law enforcement agency and file a report with them.

Shipping damage: Dungeon Werks/RCLeathers is not responsible for packages damaged during shipping. If this occurs, please file a report with your local post office.

Upon completing the checkout process, it is understood that you, the Buyer, have read, understood and agreed to all shipping/return policies which are then in effect and will be held to. These policies can be changed without notice at anytime.
